Common Data Set

The Common Data Set (CDS) is created from set data items and definitions. These items were developed so that comparisons of standard information could be made across colleges and universities. Development of the CDS standard was driven by data providers in the higher education community and publishers of information about colleges and universities. More information on the CDS can be found at www.commondataset.org.
