Cohorts

The Cohorts analysis tool tracks UNCG's first time freshman students on measures of persistence and graduation for up to seven years after the freshman year. The user can select individual schools and departments, or select multiple departments at one time.

NOTE: Beginning with the Fall 2009 cohort, race categories have been modified to align with new federal definitions, as reported by General Administration and IPEDS. If you select the race option from the menu, please refer to the footnote for an explanation of abbreviations. Also, please note that Hispanic is no longer included in race, but now exists as a separate selection category labeled Hispanic/Latino Ethnicity. Due to these changes complete trend data by race will not be available.
