Market Share Analysis 1999-2003

The Market Share Analysis compares changes in fall semester enrollments at UNCG with discipline changes in the UNC System as a whole. Fall enrollment data are derived from Student Data File (SDF) information submitted annually to the Office of the President (OP) by each UNC-System institution.

Disciplines are compared based on common CIP (Classification of Instructional Programs) codes housed by UNCG academic departments. Many UNCG academic departments host programs grouped under differing CIP codes; this comparison summarizes enrollments across all common CIPs from the other UNC campuses, regardless of academic department at the home campus.
